3.2 Account Termination

4. Subscription and Payments
4.1 Subscription Tiers
- Free: Limited food scans, basic symptom tracking, and introductory GingerBee access
- Premium: Expanded food scans, AI meal planning, full GingerBee access, grocery cart, and weekly body reports
- Premium Plus: All Premium features plus weekly AI wellness reviews, advanced TCM pattern insights, and monthly wellness summaries
4.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date
- Manage subscriptions in your device's App Store settings
4.3 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. Contact their support for refund inquiries.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Share your account with others
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
- Upload malicious content or spam
- Misrepresent your identity or health information
