You can download a complete copy of your HolisticMe data, including:

Data exports are typically processed within a reasonable timeframe, generally within 7 business days. You'll receive a secure download link via email.

🗑 Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your HolisticMe account and all associated data. This action:

To delete your account, go to Profile → Data & Privacy → Delete Account in the app, or contact us.

Request Account Deletion
Account deletion is processed within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days. Backup systems are purged within a reasonable timeframe.
